I've agreed to voluntarily produce the all candidate debate/forum for local social action group Alternatives North http://www.alternativesnorth.ca/ but @CBCNorth says
N.W.T. group struggles to host election forum
Alternatives North says only 2 candidates are confirmed

but in the comments section, Eli Purchase (Green) says
"Contrary to what this article has said, I will be attending this forum. I never declined to attend, I only asked that the forum be held earlier in the evening due to a prior commitment if that were possible. I am going to be at this forum" So only Sandy Lee (CPC) is still said not to be going… but all five candidates are said to be going to the NWT Chamber of Commerce http://www.nwtchamber.com/ all candidate debate/forum
